Desde su concepci\u00f3n, el edificio ha sido construido con <strong>materiales sostenibles<\/strong>, fabricando un edificio <strong>circular, emblem\u00e1tico y experimental<\/strong> (climate positive, nZEB).<\/p><p>Iniciativas y proyectos como el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/centreenresilienciaclimatica.org\/es\/projecte-despecialitzacio-i-competitivitat-pect-ebre-bioterritori\/\">PECT\u00a0Ebro\u00a0Bioterritori<\/a>, el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/centreenresilienciaclimatica.org\/es\/bioresilmed\/\">Bioresilmed<\/a> y el\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/iclimabuilt.eu\/\">iClimaBuilt<\/a> (principal catalizador de la iniciativa) ya est\u00e1n vinculados al Edifici Llavor.<\/p><p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los proyectos, el nuevo edificio centraliza <strong>cuatro objetivos<\/strong> relacionados con el desarrollo de tecnolog\u00edas
