The CRC building has 288 m\u00b2 distributed over two floors and is located in Amposta.<\/strong> From its conception, the building has been built with sustainable materials, becoming a circular, emblematic and experimental building (climate positive, nZEB).<\/div>

Initiatives and projects such as the PECT Ebre Bioterritori<\/a>, the Bioresilmed<\/a> and the iClimaBuilt<\/a> (main sponsor of the initiative) are already associated with the “Edifici Llavor”.<\/div>

The Edifici Llavor building is located in Amposta, in the Csa climate zone (typical Mediterranean climate)<\/strong>, where there are very interesting and efficient ventilation conditions<\/strong> for this type of building.<\/p>

In order to make the most of its location, the new building has an optimal orientation, with one side fully exposed to the wind and the other to the sun.<\/strong><\/p>

This architectonic plan allows the correct natural ventilation of the space, promoting thermal comfort<\/strong> and energy efficiency while contributing to the sustainability of the environment.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
